This Space Symposium Kickoff at Orbit Fab HQ is a tremendous opportunity to get the very latest Orbit Fab updates from CEO Daniel Faber and hear a dynamic talk from former Deputy Commander of U.S. Space Command Lt. Gen. John Shaw and former NASA astronaut Dr. James (JR) Reilly. They’ll share profound insights from their extensive experience with different perspectives of the space industry and weigh in on the role of in-space refueling in a dynamic space economy during a 1:00-1:30pm panel discussion. You will also meet the Orbit Fab team, learn about the Tycho Station space startup ecosystem onsite, and make connections with fellow aerospace industry professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs.
Insightful facility tours along with light food and refreshments will be provided throughout the event. Join us for a thought-provoking afternoon of conversation and networking, and an added bonus of a solar eclipse peaking at 12:40pm over the Orbit Fab facility. Over 50% of the sun will be obscured, as the moon passes in front of the sun from 11:30am to 1:50pm local time.

- 12:45pm-1:00pm: Welcome and key Orbit Fab updates – Daniel Faber, CEO.
- 1:00pm-1:30pm: Role of In-Space Refueling in a Dynamic Space Economy – former Deputy Commander of U.S. Space Command Lt. Gen. John Shaw and former NASA astronaut Dr. James (JR) Reilly.
- 1:30pm-2:00pm: Orbit Fab facility tours.
- 2:00pm-3:00pm: Tycho Station company talks and discussion of incubator with Brent Herd.
- 3:00pm-3:15pm: Final networking and wrap-up.
- 3:15pm: Event closure. Depart for Space Symposium.
Logistics: The Orbit Fab HQ is ~30 minutes from Denver International Airport, and about 1.5 to 2 hours from the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs where Space Symposium is held.
